Good morning. We have a very unwelcome guest, ultrafine dust from overseas affecting the Korean Peninsula for the first time this season. Dust levels in the west and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province are already high and it could increase to very bad levels during the day, so be sure to have a face mask that can block fine dust today.
Fog is getting thicker, while south of Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do Provinces will see passing rain during the first half of the day.
Low temperatures are higher than yesterday, about 5 degrees higher than the same time yesterday in the capital, but we are covered with toxic dust.
The skies will be bright but will be blurred by dust highs will be as high as yesterday, Seoul at 18 degrees Celsius.
