South Korea's chief nuclear envoy will hold talks in the coming hours with his Russian counterpart in Moscow on ways to get North Korea back to denuclearization talks.
According to Seoul's foreign ministry, Noh Kyu-duk and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov will hold in-depth discussions on ways to restart the peace process on the Korean Peninsula.
The talks will mark their first face-to-face since Morgulov visited Seoul in August.
Those talks included the U.S. special representative for North Korea, Sung Kim.
Back then, the three sides discussed ways to re-engage the North in talks on its nuclear program.
