S. Korean gov't to expand at-home COVID-19 care: PM Updated: 2021-10-08 08:02:44 KST

South Korea will expand at-home COVID-19 care in preparation for a gradual transition back to normal.
Friday's decision follows a decrease in both severe cases and the fatality rate.
Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum, however, urged authorities to have a stable medical system in place for COVID patients at home.
He also urged the public to adhere to prevention measures ahead of the three-day weekend.
