S. Korea's daily COVID-19 tally bounces back to over 2,000 Updated: 2021-10-06 07:21:27 KST

The daily new COVID-19 cases in South Korea have climbed back to over 2-thousand again today.
There were 2,28 cases reported on Wednesday.
Among the total caseload, all but 26 were locally transmitted. and the total caseload is now over 323-thousand.
So far, nearly 28 million people have been fully vaccinated.
That's more than 54-percent of the total population.
Meanwhile, starting this Friday pregnant women will be eligible to book their vaccines.
They will be getting Pfizer or Moderna vaccine starting October 18th.
