President Moon Jae-in will hold a summit shortly with Colombian President Ivan Duque at the Blue House.
They are expected to discuss ways to develop bilateral ties, cooperate in the post-pandemic era and share views on global and regional issues.
They are also expected to foster partnerships in bio, agriculture and eco-friendly infrastructure.
President Moon will also ask for Colombia's continued support for the Korean peace process.
The visit comes on the 10th anniversary since establishing a strategic partnership, and seven decades since Colombia helped in the Korean War.
The Colombian President arrived in Seoul Tuesday for a three-day state visit.
This will President Moon's first in-person summit with a leader from a Latin American country since the pandemic began.
An official welcome ceremony will take place prior to the summit.
