U.S. stocks reversed earlier losses on Tuesday, with the S&P 500 and Dow both trading slightly higher.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average inched up point-zero 5 percent, and the S&P point 1 percent.
The tech-heavy NASDAQ fell point 5 percent to finish at 13 thousand 465 point-2.
Oil prices rose, with Brent Crude up point-8 percent.
WTI climbed point-5 percent to 62 dollars a barrel.
