South Korea's manufacturing industry is expected to grow this year led by an economic recovery in the oil refining, semiconductor and bio-health sectors.
This is according to a survey by the Korea Institute for Industrial Economics and Trade.
In its Business Survey Index, the barometer for business conditions in the manufacturing sector came to 103.
It's above 100, so there are more optimists than pessimists.
The outlook is positive for chipmaking, telecommunications, oil refining and bio-health, but not for shipbuilding and textiles.
