South Korea's vice foreign minister has paid a visit to Qatar to discuss economic cooperation.
Choi Jong-kun met Wednesday Qatar's foreign minister Mohammed Al Thani, and the gulf nation's foreign affairs state minister.
They have agreed to continue close cooperation in construction, energy and health sector, based on South Korea's New Deal policy and Qatar National Vision 2030.
During their meeting, the South Korean official also asked for Doha's support in resolving the issue of the South Korean tanker recently seized by Iran.
