Good morning. When we thought we could breathe little better with the milder air, but toxic smog from overseas and yellow dust has engulfed the central region and parts of southern provinces. Dust advisories have been issued in Seoul and Chungcheong-do Province.
Yesterday's mild temperatures melted the remaining ice off the road and temperatures continue to be on the mild side hovering way above the seasonal norms.
Morning lows are similar to slightly lower than the same time yesterday, Chuncheon at minus 9 degrees Celsius, Daegu and Gyeongju at minus 3. Sunny skies to dominate, but dust will blur the skyline.
Highs will be way above the norms in most parts, Seoul at 7 degrees, Daegu and Busan warmer than yesterday at 11 and 13 degrees.
Central western regions and the Jeolla-do Provinces will receive a mix of rain and snow tomorrow then there will be another round of icy weather.
