Time now to get a check on the weather conditions.
Let's go to our Lee Seung-min at the Weather Center.
Seung-min, we saw poor air quality across the nation today, but this has eased a bit now?
Well, Conn-young. Because daytime temperatures across the nation were a bit higher today, the warm and stagnant air has allowed fine dust to accumulate. Winds are moving in horizontally, bringing in dust on the west side of the nation. Most of the fine dust has now eased compared to few hours ago, but fine dusts concentrations will remain at level 'bad' in the northwest through tomorrow morning.
We’re seeing about 5 to 30 millimeters of rain in coastal areas of Gangwon-do Province tonight. Precipitation will turn into snow in mountainous regions tomorrow afternoon.
Cold air will settle back in for the morning with overcast skies. Most areas will begin in single digits. Seoul and Daejeon will start off at 2 degrees Celsius.
With the help of the cold air, the fine dust will ease more during the daytime. Seoul will reach 7 degrees, Gwangju 10 degrees and Gyeongju at 12 degrees.
Sub-zero figures are expected for the weekend with morning lows starting off at minus four degrees on Saturday.
The west coast and Jeju Island will be seeing high winds through tomorrow.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
