Good morning. Bundle up, it's another cold start to the day. Morning lows are just above freezing, but it feels like minus 2 degrees Celsius with cold winds. Highs will rise a touch today but it will still be below the seasonal norms. However, we can expect higher readings tomorrow.
We have lots of clouds this morning with a dry weather advisory in place for mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province. Be on the lookout for anything that could cause a fire. We'll have fresh air to breathe in across the country. Daegu and Jeju are having lower morning lows than yesterday. It's at the freezing mark in Daegu and 8 degrees in Jeju.
Skies will get brighter as the day goes on. The highs going up a couple notches this afternoon. Daegu and Gwangju getting up to 12 degrees.
Rain is in the forecast on Jeju on Friday, while east of Gangwon-do Province will see rain on Friday and Saturday. That should help to ease the dryness in the air but will also trigger a freezing chill nationwide this weekend.
