South Korea's benchmark KOSPI closed on Monday at an all-time high breaking through the 26-hundred mark on a buying spree by foreigners.
The KOSPI closed at a little over 2,6-hundred-2 for a gain of more than 1.9 percent.
The previous record-high close was two years and ten months ago.
Experts say investors were buying on the rise in South Korea's exports and hope for COVID-19 vaccines.
