Good morning, eastern parts of Gangwon-do Province will see more rain through this afternoon. Expect to see 5 to 20 millimeters, but we cannot rule out a stronger scattered shower or two in the capital.
As the rain takes a break this afternoon, temperatures will rise in most partsin fact, we'll notice much warmer daytime highs as the week moves along.
Unlike the somewhat breezy morning we had, highs will rise fast2 to 5 degrees higher than yesterday. We could see some sunshine peeking out from behind the clouds. In fact, Jeju will see very high to extreme UV levels, sunblock is a must if you are there.
Monsoon rain returns to southern parts of the country on Sunday, and southern regions will see rain into early next week. The capital will be warm and humid for the rest of the week.
