South Korea's total fertility rate fell to an all-time low last year.
According to data released by Statistics Korea, the country's fertility rate the number of children a woman is expected to have in her lifetime came to 0.92.
This marks the second straight year the figure was below one.
A fertility rate of 2.1 is needed to keep a country's population stable.
