"Seoul Metropolitan Government has designated certain clinics and drug stores that will stay open so that sick citizens have somewhere nearby to go during the Lunar New Year holiday."
Sixty-seven emergency medical treatment centers and emergency rooms at general hospitals in Seoul will be open twenty-four hours a day as usual.
Adding to that, Seoul Metropolitan government has designated more than 1-thousand 8-hundred medical clinics that will stay open.
More than 3-thousand drugstores near those clinics will also be open.
There are several ways to find out which clinics and drugstores are open.
The information is on the National Emergency Medical Center and Seoul Metropolitan Government websites, as well as the websites for each of Seoul's 25 districts.
You can also call either 120 or 119 without an area code, or use the 'e-gen' smartphone app.
Driving for a long time or preparing for the holiday can be tiring and weaken the body, so it is important to get plenty of rest and sleep.
Also make sure to wash your hands frequently and eat fresh food to prevent infectious diseases.
