The South Korean ride-hailing service Tada can now be used by people with overseas phone numbers and credit cards.
The firm that operates Tada, VCNC, said Thursday that recent updates to the service allow foreigners to download their app onto phones from outside Korea and use credit cards issued abroad.
The updates also expand Tada's English-language service.
According to the company, about 80-thousand Tada users changed their settings to languages other than Korean when using the platform.
It plans to try and get more users from overseas by working with card companies and the aviation industry.
