North Korean state media says leader Kim Jong-un was "very satisfied" with Thursday's test of the regime's super-large rocket launcher.
The report was released in the early hours of Friday, about an hour ago, by the North's ruling party paper, the Rodong Sinmum.
It said the test verified the "excellence" and "reliability" of the system, and the experiment was the final examination of the launcher's war-capability.
The paper added Kim had overseen the test-firing, and showed great satisfaction with the results.
