North Korea has once again slammed , South Korea and the U.S. at a UN General Assembly meeting on Monday.
The regime pointed its finger at the U.S., saying Washington is solely to blame for the "vicious cycle of aggravated tension" on the Korean Peninsula. while accusing South Korea of engaging in "double-dealing behavior."
