The South Korean government, meanwhile, says the Saudi Arabia attacks won't have an immediate impact on oil imports here or the local economy.
In a meeting this morning with financial institutions, the first vice minister of finance, Kim Yong-beom said the government will take measures to stabilize oil supplies by securing alternative sources and possibly releasing its strategic oil reserves if necessary.
