Frosty conditions will continue to hold with temperatures colder than the seasonal average. There are big temperature contrasts across the country, with morning lows of single digits prevailing in most regions. The capital region will see a difference of more than 10 degrees for this weekend. Dressing in layers would be recommended to keep body temperatures warm.
Cold easterly winds have created rain clouds across eastern parts of the country. While most of the rain will taper off for the East Coast overnight, coastal areas of Gyeongsang-do Province will see 5 to 30 millimeters until the morning. Also, areas of dense fog will form tomorrow for all inland regions. Visibility is forecast to drop below 1 kilometer, so please be careful when driving.
Tomorrow morning will be just as cold, with most regions seeing single figures. Seoul will start off at 6 degrees Celsius.
Sunny conditions will dominate for the daytime. Seoul and Chuncheon will get up to 18 degrees. Gwangju and Jeju 20 degrees.
For the time being, clear skies are in store the for the capital region. Conditions will return to the seasonal norms next Monday.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
