Fitch is holding South Korea's stable credit rating at Double A Minus.
The ratings agency pointed out, the country showed has significant recovery despite the pandemic and is likely to have strong growth in the medium-term.
At a web seminar Wednesday, a Fitch official said Seoul has had solid exports and the manufacturing sector prospered as global demand for semiconductors and electronic devices soared during the outbreak.
