Cold snap stays through this morning, rain on Tuesday brings another chill to air

Good morning. It feels nothing like mid autumn here in Korea, it's very cold. However, the season's first cold wave advisory has been lifted but stay bundled up for your morning commute. Lows in the capital are only about 3 degrees Celsius but highs will be a few notches higher than yesterday.
Morning temperatures are starting in the low single digits, Daejeon, Daegu and Gyeongju at 2 degrees Celsius. Other than capital region, most parts are waking up to lots of sunshine.
Daytime highs in most regions will be 2 to 5 degrees higher than yesterday hovering in the mid to upper teens, but the chill in the air will stay, Daegu and Gwangju going to 18 degrees Celsius.
Starting tonight, rain will start from the capital regions gradually spreading to the rest of the country..mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province could see snowfall.
Rain will bring another cold snap to the country, feeling more like mid November. Stay warm this week.
