Another S. Korean 'comfort women' victim dies, leaving 13 survivors

Another South Korean victim of Japan's wartime sexual slavery has died.
The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family confirmed the death of the former so-called "comfort woman" on Friday.
Her personal information has not been disclosed, upon the request of her family.
The death brings the total number of living survivors down to 13.
A total of 2-hundred-40 women were registered with the Korean government as former "comfort women", who were forced into sexual slavery for the Japanese military during World War II.
