This weekend is looking clear and sunny for most parts of the country. Blazing sunshine will bring up the maximum temperatures, widening the overall range between the lows and the highs. Seoul will see a temperature gap of close to 10 degrees Celsius this weekend. Under these conditions it's easy to catch a cold, so please take extra care of your health.
As for the typhoon update, the powerful Chanthu, which is currently located near the Philippines, is moving north. Some slight changes have made to the trajectory, with the typhoon turning more to the east than expected. It is likely that it will swerve and reach the southeastern coast of China over the weekend. Chances are still high that this typhoon will affect South Korea early next week. So, please continue to keep an eye on the weather forecasts.
Tomorrow morning in Seoul and Gwangju will start off at 20 degrees.
For the daytime, Seoul and Chuncheon will get up to 29 degrees. Daejeon and Gwangju also 29. Jeju 28 degrees.
The capital region will be under clear skies for the time being, while parts of the South will see rain.
That's all for now, and here are the weather conditions around the world.
