Regarding security on the Korean Peninsula, Kamala Harris, Joe Biden's running mate for the vice presidency says there's a lot to be done, while emphasizing strong cooperation with Washington's allies.
She criticized the Trump administration's demands for denuclearization as ineffective.
In her previous interviews she has criticized President Trump for getting nothing but giving an advertisement for North Korean regime.
She said simply asking for complete denuclearization is the reason for the failure and the U.S. would consider partly lifting sanctions once the North shows verifiable steps in the right direction.
However, she added that sanctions could be restored any minute if Pyeongyang breaks its promises.
