Seoul's unification ministry is set to hold a video-conference later this morning with the UN special rapporteur on human rights in North Korea.
The ministry says the meeting which comes at the request of Tomas Ojea Quintana is scheduled to commence at 9-30AM Korea time, and will be attended by the director of the ministry's human rights bureau.
The meeting will discuss human rights conditions in the regime as well as Seoul's probe into the activist groups sending anti-Pyeongyang leaflets across the border.
