Heatwave warnings have been issued across the nation, with staggering temperature readings surpassing 36 degrees Celsius in some areas.
The sizzling heat along with high humidity levels are expected to continue tomorrow as well.
Temperature wise, Seoul will be hotter than Beijing.
But temperatures will gradually drop in the evening, as a result of indirect influence from typhoon Krosa, currently heading north from the southeastern sea.
The 10th storm of the season will bring rain to Gangwon-do Province and the southern regions by tomorrow night.

Another scorching hot day is in store on Wednesday, with Seoul, Daejeon and Chuncheon reaching 35 degrees in the afternoon.
