Chef Matthew Chung (Scottsdale, AZ) earned his bachelor's degree from Le Cordon Bleu and has worked in numerous restaurants, from award-winning fine dining to local favorites. His background includes expertise in a wide range of cuisines, including French, regional American, and Korean. He began his training in Korean cuisine at the Intercontinental Hotel in Seoul and continues to expand his repertoire by traveling across the country to experience unique Korean dishes.
