The whole world is in a state of emergency due to the resurgence of COVID-19 and South Korea is seeing cluster infections in the metropolitan area. Experts stated that COVID-19 will subside when temperatures rise during summer but it's the opposite. We sit down with Professor Jung Sun-jae of Yonsei University College of Medicine and Frank Smith, foreign correspondent for the Deutsche Welle to talk about the correlation between the weather and COVID-19 and the possibility of a second wave of the pandemic.
