Submitting either handwritten or QR-code-based entry logs for visits to multi-use facilities has become a new normal in the era of pandemic. In other words, however more people have to wait in line until others finish the time-consuming entry process. To address the situation, a local government rolled out a system that completes the entry logs in just five seconds of a single call. The Personal Information Protection Commission has selected the system as an exemplary case. We learn more about it in the following coverage.
