AI call center of “HANCOM” to cope with COVID-19

HANCOM, a major software provider in Korea, has developed “HANCOM AI Check25,” which is an AI-based consultation service between humans and robots, in order to prevent and overcome the COVID-19 spread. “HANCOM AI Check25” has been provided to the major local districts all across the country for free. The office of Gyeonggi Provincial Government has introduced “HANCOM AI Check25.” The system makes calls to overseas entrants automatically within three days to inform them about the testing process and the mobile application for people who are being quarantined. The system can give a call to a lot of people at the same time and provide a large-scale monitoring without limitations on the number of people. Therefore, the government office can offer customized solutions and increase the working efficiency. Based on the top-class voice recognition technologies, “HANCOM AI Check25” provides an increased level of recognition speed and accuracy. So it has been considered as the best solution for quick updates. We look into the domestic local districts which have been coping with national disasters like the COVID-19 pandemic systematically by making use of HANCOM’s AI call center.
