A variety of efforts have been made to introduce the emerging technologies of the fourth industrial revolution to the entire distribution process. There is a domestic distribution center which has introduced an integrated control system. The current state of the distribution centers all across the country can be checked in real time. Aside from the temperature or humidity level of the centers, the inventory level can be checked more conveniently through 3D models. Aside from the integrated distribution control system, various works that used to be done manually, including storage, loading and unloading as well as transportion, have been changed into an unmanned system. And a lego shuttle system has been developed. A robot can find necessary items instead of human workers, simply by entering the information on the objects to the computer. Unlike the existing shuttle systems, necessary modules are installed just like lego blocks. And it can be changed according to the different requirements of the distribution center. The digitalization of the distribution industry has led to the expanded use of robots. Aside from the autonomous driving, the distribution robot can recognize the colors and shapes of objects. So it can follow the workers by distinguishing their characteristics. We explore the domestic distribution industry, which has faced a significant turning point along with the application of digital methods.

The system was first introduced to improve the difficulty of the existing system. And the commodity information can now be recorded and managed more conveniently and rapidly.
