Ultra-thin technology for digital era

Ultra-thin wafer technology has recently emerged as a latest trend. Ultra-thin designs which are also light in weight, has recently captivated the tastes of consumers. And there is a company which has developed ultra-thin actuator and ultra-thin speaker which can be applied to TV and smartphone. The ultra-thin wafer technology has expanded to the field of medical devices, aside from electronic equipment. A domestic research team has developed an ultra-thin brain chip which can detect neural signals that occur in different parts of the brain as well as deliver drugs or light. The brain chip has the thickness of 40 micrometers, which is much thinner than hairs. And when it is inserted into the brain, it can affect the brain circuit. Autonomous driving for mobility services

Since last year, autonomous driving technology has been in the spotlight.
