Along with the growing demand for scarce metal, the deletion of natural resources has been accelerated. As the detector is more convenient to use, even the general public can easily check the possible propagation of E.Coli. And a device that can detect the bacteria in water within a short period of time has been developed. The device can conduct a bacteria test, which used to take 24 hours, only within three hours. And it can be used by anyone. A portable smart IoT bacteria detector, which can check the harmful substances contained in food anytime, at any place, has been developed. It was developed based on the spectroscopic technology. As the device has a compact size, the measuring process which took place in a laboratory can also be carried out conveniently in daily lives. We look into bacterial detection technologies which has contributed to producing and distributing food more safely.

According to the Korean Federation of Laver Businesses, Korean laver has achieved about 525 million dollars in exports. And it has gained popularity in the global market. The federation has strived hard to popularize the excellence of Korean laver and it has accelerated the exports of laver through promotional activities. The laver harvested in the middle of the sea is rich in calcium, so it can reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Also, the alginate contained in laver can prevent obesity. Moreover, as the entire process including production, processing and distributing has been done in the domestic field, a continuous increase in exports has boosted the development of the local economy. MANJUN SEAWEED, which has received support from the federation, is a manufacturer of seasoned laver products. And by analyzing the ingredients of laver, a lot of researches have been actively carried out by the company to develop a variety of laver products.
