Distribution center is one of the examples that has experienced the rapid changes taking place in the industry. The automated classification system is one of the major changes that can replace human labor. The products are classified based on the decisions made by a machine, instead of a human worker. As a result, the error rate has decreased and the efficiency has increased. Moreover, self-driving cart has been developed based on the autonomous driving technology. It can move heavy products, follow people and avoid obstacles. Delivering the products safely to users is one of the key elements necessary for the distribution industry. Along with the continuing development of technologies, the delivery time has decreased. And the products can now be delivered within a day. As a result, more diversified types of products including fresh food and daily necessities can be delivered rapidly to consumers. We report on the distribution industry, which has grown as a higher value-added business along with the implementation of advanced technologies and cutting-edge facilities.
CG, or Computer Graphics is one of the essential elements that can improve the visual effects. Along with the popularization of AR and VR contents which put top priority on vividness of visual images, the computer graphics market has achieved continuous growth. Therefore, an increasing number of CG companies have been involved in the contents industry, by escaping from the role as a subcontractor. There is a CEO who used to be a 3D graphic designer and started a new business in the field of media art. Also, CG has been introduced to the field of webtoon, which used to be provided as a content that can be seen through a computer screen. And VR TOON, which provides 360-degree images, has garnered a lot of attention in the field. It has increased the immersion level of readers and the related companies have shown great interest in the content as it is possible to create highly efficient new contents with low cost. A growing number of CG companies have gained ground in the field of entertainment. Various technologies they have developed have been in the spotlight especially in the field of new media contents. An AR fashion show, which implemented computer graphics technologies, has recently been introduced for the first time in the world. It has been newly introduced based on the collaboration of fashion and CG industries. We introduce the CG industry, which has achieved remarkable growth every year, along with the development of technologies that are comparable with the ones used in Hollywood.

Therefore, vending machines with improved functions have been introduced to a lot of different areas. A new distribution system, which enables consumers to purchase fresh meat with a vending machine, has been developed. It is possible to control the temperature and humidity with a mobile phone based on the IoT skills. And consumers can purchase the products at a cheaper price, as it doesn't need rental fee or labor cost. A lot of unmanned stores have been established in the cosmetics field and vending machines have been actively applied to the stores. When consumers answer several questions about their skin types, the machine can suggest the facial masks. Also, consumers can make payments by themselves. Aside from selling products, vending machines have been actively applied to the public sector. There is an AI-based vending machine which can automatically separate the recyclable materials into plastics and cans. Moreover, users can save points according to the counted number of products. And the accumulated points can be returned in cash. It can contribute to boosting the collection of recyclable materials more effectively and preserving the environment as well. We look into the broadened use of vending machines, along with the expansion of unmanned systems.
