President Moon Jae-in will visit New Zealand from December 2 to 4 - the first by a South Korean leader in 9 years - during which he will discuss ways to create synergy between his New Southern Policy and New Zealand’s so-called Pacific Reset with Prime Minister Jacinda Arden and Governor-General Patsy Reddy.
