Joe PAK has been an instrumental figure in legislating on Hangul Day in California, U.S.
Fully supported by people in the U.S., he served as the 16th vice president and 18th chairman of the Korean American Federation of Orange County.
Until 2009, he worked at SBC Communications, which became AT&T in 2004. At AT&T, he opened the first bilingual Korean Service Center in 1988 to help monolingual Korean speaking residents with their telecommunications needs.
His career success speaks for itself. Working as a member of the National Council on Disability (NCD) in 2009, he has been a field representative for Assemblywoman Sharon QUIRK-SILVA since 2013.
