Anton SCHOLZ is an intercultural communication specialist, who has lived in Asia for over 23 years. Of those years, he has spent 20 years in Korea alone.
He began working as a freelance journalist and producer in 2001. Since then, he has published over 100 articles in various countries around the world. He has collaborated with German TV and global media on projects in and about Korea, as well as many large-scale sports productions from the 2002 FIFA Korea-Japan World Cup up to the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. Now, he is reporting on Korean affairs as the Korea-based correspondent at Weltreporter, the largest network of freelance correspondents in Germany and supports international companies with their work in Korea.
