The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is the oldest and most honored humanitarian organization. This organization maintains a fair and neutral position and in accord with the Geneva Convention and the international humanitarian law, ICRC is the guardian for victims in distraught regions. ICRC agents are the first to arrive at regions of armed conflicts and the last to leave. The International Committee of Red Cross won four Nobel Peace Prizes for its activities in international and internal armed conflicts. We will meet Georgios Georgantas, head of the ICRC's Korea office and learn more about the organization's humanitarian activities on Heart-to-Heart.
