Cecilia Lee, the author of the book "Eating Korean," which is regarded as an introduction to Korean cuisine for mainstream America, is famous for introducing kimchi recipes in the "Daily Dish" segment of the Los Angeles Times as well as many Korean restaurants. She has represented Korean cuisine in the Los Angeles Times over the past 17 years, earning recognition for her passion for publicizing Korean food. She has met with the three brother-chefs of a Korean restaurant in San Francisco.
