U.S. President Donald Trump returned to the White House on Oct. 5, three days after he was hospitalized for COVID-19. Upon arrival, he expressed his willingness to participate in the second presidential debate with Democratic nominee Joe Biden set for Oct. 15. While some predict Trump’s diagnosis could be the “worst nightmare” for his campaign, others claim it could spark a rally-round-the-flag effect to solidify his base.
