COVID-19 has reshaped our daily lives, and many agree that things will never be the way they were before when this crisis is over. Reduced face-to-face interactions are undermining a sense of community, and countries are taking a step back from globalization. ‘No-contact’ services are ushering in a paradigm shift across industries, as advanced technologies that enable these services are accelerating the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
