1. Angelica sinensis leaves and rice powder are used to make Seunggomechodanja, a medicinal rice cake that has been around for 200 years. Culinary master Lee Yeon-sun recreates this rice cake using the original recipe.
2. A rice cake called Bokryeongjowahgo made with the mystical borkryeong mushroom is presented by culinary maaster Kim Yeong-suk who shares the recipe with Micha.
3. Ginseng, a common medicinal root in Korea, is transformed into a tasty dessert! Culinary master Kim Yeong-hee is the third generation in her family to make a rare delicacy called ginseng jeonggwa.
Upon returning to Seoul after his culinary trip, Micha uses the medicinal herbs he obtained from the masters to make new desserts for his customers.
