Ingredients:

For the yogurt jelly – 2 packs of plain yogurt (170g), 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds, 1 Tb of powdered gelatin, 1 cup of cold water

For the pomegranate jelly – 4 Tbs of sugar, 3 Tbs of powdered gelatin, 2 Tbs of pomegranate concentrate/juice



1. (Yogurt jelly) Pour powdered gelatin into a pot and dissolve it in 1 Tb of cold water. Add the plain yogurt and mix well.

2. Pour the mixture into a clear plastic cup until 2/3 of the cup is filled. Place the plastic cups inside the fridge for an hour to let it harden.

3. (Pomegranate jelly) Take half of the pomegranate seeds you have prepared and grind them in a blender. Sieve the content to obtain the liquid portion.

4. Pour the pomegranate juice and powdered gelatin into a bowl and let it sit for 15 min. Add sugar and heat the content while stirring with a spatula until the mixture becomes thick.

5. Pour the pomegranate jelly into the plastic cups containing the yogurt jelly and place the remaining pomegranate seeds on top. Leave it in the fridge for an hour to let it harden.
