One out of three companies in South Korea has adopted remote working since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and most workers seem to be happy with it.
The Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry released a survey Tuesday that it conducted on 300 local companies, and it showed around 34 percent of businesses are currently allowing employees to work from home.
That's four times more than before the pandemic hit.
More than 70 percent of the workers are satisfied with the system.
And more than half of the companies responded that work efficiency is almost the same as before.
