Good morning, Semin. Those of us in the central part of the country will need a large umbrella on your way out.

Monsoon rain is now concentrated in the central region but over 250 millimeters has already dumped on Jeju Island over the last 15 hours, Busan and Ulsan also saw heavy rain. But it's becoming drier in those regions.

Meanwhile, a heavy rain warning has been issued for parts of Gangwon-do Province and Ullengdo and Dokdo while Incheon, Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province are under rain advisories. A strong wind advisory is in force along the coastlines.

Eastern parts of Gangwon-do Province will see rainfall amounting to 150 millimeters, while central parts will see 20 to 60 millimeters into this evening.

On to today's temperatures, morning lows are kicking off similar to slightly lower than the same time yesterday. Seoul at 19 degrees Celsius, Chuncheon at 20 degrees with heavy rain.

Daytime highs stay in cooler side, at 23 degrees in Seoul, Daegu at 26 degrees. It's going to be a rough morning commute, give yourself some extra travel time.
