Following a mass shooting at a July Fourth Independence Day parade in a Chicago suburb, a 22 year old person of interest is now in custody.
Just a short time ago, local police took Robert E. Crimo III into custody in connection with the incident while they continue their investigation.
The shooting, in the city of Highland Park, began shortly after celebrations began, on Monday local time, with attendees of the parade apparently targeted at random.
At least 6 people were killed while twenty-four were taken to hospital.
