This week and next, South Korea is hosting the Seminar on Financial Development in Asia and Korea, an event for economy-related officials from a number of Asian nations.
It began today, and the Ministry of Economy and Finance said Sunday that it's invited central bank and finance ministryofficials from 12 different countries, including Cambodia and Vietnam.
The Ministry will share Korea's experience in economic development and financial policy.
South Korea has been hosting the program since 2006 to strengthen financial cooperation with Central and Southeast Asia.
The conference is being held in person for the first time since the pandemic began.
