November is drawing to a close on a rainy and snowy note. The east coast will see 5 to 30 millimeters of rainfall overnight. For inland regions where conditions will be especially cold, rain will turn into snow. Mountainous regions of Gangwon-do Province and Jeju Island will see up to 7 centimeters of snowfall. Other regions including eastern Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do and Gyeongsang-do provinces will see around 1 centimeter. Please be extra careful out on the roads when driving.
Gusty winds are also in the forecast. Advisories have been issued for all coastlines and Jeju Island. Please secure any items that could be blown away. Also, cold wave alerts will be issued across parts of Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do provinces as of 9PM tonight.
Central regions will begin with subzero figures tomorrow. Seoul will start off at minus 3 degrees and Chuncheon at minus 5 degrees.
Aside from Jeju Island, daytime temperatures will stay in single figures. Seoul will get up to 2 degrees. Busan 8. Gwangju 6 degrees.
Conditions will stay cold with lows staying near minus 4 degrees until Thursday. Make sure to wrap up extra warm.
