Good morning. The rain clouds that dropped heavy showers on the south coast are tapering off, but expect more rain through the first half of the day with five to 40 millimeters in store, then the skies will start turning blue in the afternoon.
It's a breezy start to the day, but the highs will rise quicker leading to big gaps in readings of over 10 degrees Celsius. It will be far warmer in the capital - about 7 degrees higher than yesterday.
Highs will be in the upper twenties across Korea. It's easy to come down with the cold when temperatures bounce up and down so dress accordingly and take care of your health.
